Among the initiatives are training for work at sales stands, vocational training projects, and other frameworks tailored to the changing needs of participants and the labor market.
The employment projects are designed to expand the range of employment solutions for people with mental health issues, and to enable a gradual and meaningful connection to the world of work. Through experience, training, and professional guidance, participants acquire tools, confidence, and practical experience, on their way to optimal integration into organizations, businesses, and workplaces in the free market.

Training centers
The training centers are essentially a network of sheltered enterprises whose goal is to pave the way for employment placement for people with mental disabilities. This is a supportive, guided, and directed employment framework designed to allow you to acquire skills and work habits in order to later integrate into the free labor market. The sheltered enterprises also offer support groups and additional complementary services that expand your employment horizons. Of course, everything is done with the guidance and support of the staff, both individually and in groups, to promote the occupational rehabilitation processes of each candidate.
Training courses
Training tracks, or in simple terms - on-the-job vocational training - are actually a job placement model for people with mental disabilities that is designed to advance you through on-the-job vocational training. The service is implemented in the Shvim Association's service center factories and in workplaces in the free market, and of course includes full rehabilitation support and guidance to help you absorb and remain in the workplace for a long time. This is an innovative approach that relies on acquiring skills and specializations in the workplace in order to fulfill your current role independently or for promotion to a higher position.
