Rights of Mentally Injured Persons and Supported Employment
Eligible for supported employment are people dealing with a mental disability who are in advanced vocational rehabilitation processes. The service is intended for those aged 18 and over who are eligible for a rehabilitation basket (supported employment) or who are referred to us by the Ministry of Defense.
Supported employment for mentally ill and mentally disabled people is intended for those who are in the advanced stages of occupational rehabilitation. This is the highest stage on the occupational placement ladder that prepares you to integrate into the open labor market, and it includes our guidance and support even after you have integrated into the workplace. Understanding the sensitivity of employment issues for people dealing with a mental disability , personal guidance will be done "behind the scenes", without informing the employer about your mental challenges.
