פיתוח מתמיד של מיזמים תעסוקתיים שנועדו להרחיב את קשת פתרונות תעסוקה למתמודדי נפש ואת גלריית הארגונים ומקומות עבודה בשוק החופשי בהם נשמח לראות אותך משתלב, מתמיד ומצליח.

How do you start the process?
We specialize in vocational rehabilitation for people with mental health issues. Therefore, by law, the Equals Association is authorized to provide services to those eligible for the rehabilitation basket. To start the process, you must contact any of the entities that approve eligibility for this basket: the Ministry of Welfare and Social Services, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Defense, and the National Insurance Institute. Upon receiving eligibility, we invite you to contact us so that we can build a multi-stage vocational rehabilitation plan for you that includes:

Short and/or long-term occupational diagnosis aimed at: evaluation, guidance, and providing opinions in committees

Workshops to teach occupational skills, work habits, and preparation for the world of work

Long-term training, professional training, professional courses and education completion

Placement and finding jobs in the open market or in sheltered employment

Protected and supported employment for people whose condition prevents them from integrating into regular work.
Our advantages

Yes, of course there are also advantages that can be measured and quantified such as: 35 years of continuous activity, rich and accumulated experience that allows us to initiate unique job placement activities and models, encouraging activity results that stand at many hundreds of job placements for people with mental disabilities each year, and more...
Training centers

The training centers are essentially a network of sheltered enterprises whose goal is to pave the way for employment placement for people with mental disabilities. This is a supportive, guided, and directed employment framework designed to allow you to acquire skills and work habits in order to later integrate into the free labor market. The sheltered enterprises also offer support groups and additional complementary services that expand your employment horizons. Of course, everything is done with the guidance and support of the staff, both individually and in groups, to promote the occupational rehabilitation processes of each candidate.
Training courses

Training tracks, or in simple terms - on-the-job vocational training - are actually a job placement model for people with mental disabilities that is designed to advance you through on-the-job vocational training. The service is implemented in the Shvim Association's service center factories and in workplaces in the free market, and of course includes full rehabilitation support and guidance to help you absorb and remain in the workplace for a long time. This is an innovative approach that relies on acquiring skills and specializations in the workplace in order to fulfill your current role independently or for promotion to a higher position.
