Electronics Wiring Course
In an increasingly technologically advanced world of work, with high demands on functional and occupational flexibility, it is clear that employees need to have high capabilities on the one hand and technological and professional skills on the other. As part of the vision of the Equals Association, which includes empowering and advancing those who are competing in the workplace, we launched a first-of-its-kind training course for wiring and electronics positions for service recipients.
The fields of work of soldering and wiring are diverse: from repairing defective products of the production process to manually assembling electronic cards according to customer requirements. The work is mostly work sitting in front of a table and soldering equipment. This is work that requires delicate manual labor. The electronics soldering and wiring course allows its graduates advancement and employment opportunities in the worlds of high-tech and in today's most advanced electronics industries.
Purpose of the program
Help you obtain a professional certificate, and through it integrate into the competitive labor market as a professional, with a fair salary and a job that matches your actual abilities.
Who is the route intended for?
People with mental disabilities, aged 18 and over, are eligible for Rehabilitation Services (approved for a sheltered workshop).
Program Highlights
1. The course takes place four days a week from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM for two months.
2. The course also includes workshops in the field of rehabilitation, which will be conducted by our professionals, so that you will receive a toolbox in preparation for going to work in the competitive labor market.
3. At the end of the course, you will receive a professional certificate in the field of electronics wiring.
4. After completing the course, our team of employment specialists will help you find a job in the new profession you have acquired, in a manner tailored to you, as part of transitional/supported employment.
